Welcome to our inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in State College, just minutes from Penn State University, Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center, and downtown. This is a convenient home base for football weekends, PSU visits, tournaments, graduation, and State College getaways.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen with original-cabinet charm and updated appliances, and window AC units that cool the house nicely. The home sleeps up to 8 guests in two bedrooms, each with two double beds. The living room is designed for relaxing after a full day on campus or downtown.

Outside, enjoy the hot tub, covered deck, grill, and peaceful yard setting. Hot tub availability is included when operational and maintained; if maintenance ever affects availability, we will notify guests as early as possible.

This property was recently renovated. A few cosmetic finishing touches may still be in progress, such as paint, trim, landscaping, or ceiling touch-ups, but the essential guest areas and amenities are ready for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Evidence of smoking, including odor, cigarette butts, ashes, vaping residue, or related debris, may result in a minimum $500 additional cleaning and deodorization fee.

A Great Stay in State College

We needed overnight accommodations for a Penn State football game. The location of this rental is convenient, easy to find on a quiet street. The property managers were extremely responsive to our questions and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for two families. Host was very good at communicating. We had a small issue and the host was quick to resolve. Good location near restaurants and stores. House was nicely decorated and gad everything we needed. Just one note: the mattresses in the bedrooms are very thin so expect hard/firm beds.
