This is an old run down overpriced hotel. The rooms are dark and dreary. None of the hotel has been updated in the last twenty years. I’ve been to “Graduate” hotels from Hilton and this is by far the worst. Save your money. Go someplace else. Anywhere.

Pretty decent and a nice location. We have been going there for years. Hands down the best part of the hotel is the painting of what can't possibly be anything but Ben Bernanke eating an apple behind the toilet in each room.

Do not book here! Where do I start? Run by college kids - not their fault but there is no professional staff here. It’s tacky, dirty, zero amenities (like no water in the room!!), bad bedding with dirty accent pillows. And it’s LOUD! Like, you’ll hear every voice outside (drunk college kids are loud), commercial trash trucks, etc - cheap walls and infrastructure. Super cheap. State College isn’t known to be bougie, but this is supposed to be one of the nicer hotels and it just disappoints on every level. Unless you need to stagger back late night from downtown, please book elsewhere. This place is “We Are Not”… a nice place to stay.

Convenient location. The hotel has a lot of character with its decor. The bed was so comfortable, the best pillows and the staff was lovely. Parking is easy and not expensive.
