Lakeview-huoneisto on kaikki. Upeat näkymät Tahoe-järvelle länteen ja itään näkymät Carsonin laaksoon ja Nevadan autiomaahan. Olet vain 4 mailin päässä South Lake Tahoe -kasinoista, mutta maailma on kaukana tasaisista ja tylsistä eristä Kalifornian puolella. Voit hiihtää ulos ja alas Boulder-hissiin ja majoittua taivaallisessa etuovesta. Tai Stagecoach-pikahiihtohissi on 300 metrin päässä. Kesäisin astu ulos etuovesta ja olet maailmankuulu Tahoe Rim -polku. Ei tarvitse ajaa missään. Uima-allas ja poreallas ovat 100 metrin päässä huoneistosta, ja voit nähdä sen ikkunasta. A wonderful place to stay

This was a perfect place for me I rented for a total of 30 days I was not there the full 30 days I would come in and out as the snow would arrive two bedrooms with the loft upstairs the bathroom I mainly stayed downstairs and was comfortable great location right on ski bus route easy and easy out

Great location

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is ideal no matter what time of the year you stay there. There is a great view of the lake and there is everything that you need within a couple miles. It's great.

Great Base for visit to Tahoe

Had a great stay in Stateline. Close to everything, hiking trails in the neighborhood and restaurants of every ilk with a short drive. Loved the fireplace and kitchen. Would rent again in the future.

Great location, great hosts!

Recently took a trip with friends to Tahoe for the first time. Location was great, just a few minute drive to the lifts. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well-stocked. Hosts were great at communicating us and even giving us recommendations of places to eat. Would highly recommend this property!

I would highly recommend staying in this condo!

Very well kept, comfortable condo. Our group visited for a ski trip, and the slopeside condo was perfect. John was extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fathers Day getaway

We had a great time at the condo. It was the perfect size for myself, my golden retriever, my two children and their spouses. The view of Lake Tahoe is great. It was a memorable Fathers Day.

Very cozy with great views

We had an amazing experience staying at the property and the views were even better than expected! The kitchen utensils could be a little updated but there was absolutely nothing that we lacked when cooking. We couldn’t be happier spending our Tahoe vacation in a home like John and Kristen’s :)

Great family getaway

We had a great family getaway here - nice location for hiking (& skiing I'm sure!), easy access to restaurants and the lake! We had a family of 5 and small dog and the property was a great size for both being together and having some quiet time. Well stocked too. Quick & easy communication with owner. Thanks John!

Great fall getaway in Tahoe

This was a great Tahoe home and we enjoyed every minute in the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the location and views were just about as good as it gets in Tahoe. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook dinner, the living room comfortable and the beds cozy. We look forward to returning, and the communication with the hosts was top notch.

Great location and cozy place

This condo in to Stateline is perfect for our family or three couples. We came with my parents, my husband and I and our two kids and we fit perfectly. Location is excellent, a couple of miles from the casino and all stores. It was perfectly well equipped with all that you need to cook. It was very comfortable.

Perfect ski weekend

John was such a great host. He clearly answered all my questions and helped us have a wonderful stay in his beautiful home. The views from the balcony were very gorgeous, the location was right next to a shuttle stop going to heavenly, and the place felt homely. The kitchen had plenty of kitchenware to make homemade meals for me and my skiing crew that made this great trip one we'll be trying to book again!

Great stay!

2nd stay and will be back. Very accommodating owner who allowed us to check in early and check out late. Very responsive when we had problems with internet connectivity. The place is situated just above both Boulder and stagecoach lifts for an easy board/ski to lifts. One detail to keep in mind is that the unit is on the top level of the building so be prepared for the flights of stairs to get to it.

Amazing Place With an amazing Lake View!

The house was an an awesome choice for us. The house was very clean and had surplus supplies for everything. We are also very appreciative of the owner trusting us as 18 year olds to rent out the house. He is a very kind and reasonable man. The house was in perfect condition. I really have no complaints about the house. It was really nice.

I love this house!

It has more than enough space but still super cozy! Really feels like you are at your friends house, has everything you need and the view!! Parking is super easy and the owner communicated like a dream! Only complaint I didn’t want to leave and wanted more snow! Let it snow let it snow! Great fireplace, internet, and tv! Tons of games and books, owners where so helpful (even got a tip on where to sled!)

Great fireplace & nice deck

Clean & family-friendly. Loved the fireplace & deck. Hosts are nicely communicative. So are the downstairs neighbors when they think you are being too loud... Beds are nice. Stocked kitchen except - no coffee! & bring your own shampoo / bath soap for the bathrooms... Close to Stagecoach chairlift.

Perfect

All of the 5 star reviews are correct. The condo is just as pictured and described if not better. It has everything you could wish for and was extremely clean. It was perfect for skiing with two lifts being either a very short drive away or a shuttle bus. The view of the lake was beautiful. John was very informative and responded very quickly to any questions. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We now want to come back in the Summer to get a different experience.

Cozy and Convenient Cabin

We (6 people, 2 dogs, and all our ski gear) spent a great weekend here! The cabin was extremely well equipped and comfortable. The fire place kept things cozy and there was enough space for everyone to feel like we could spread out and not be on top of each other. There was convenient parking and Statecoach is so close (less than a minute drive or take the shuttle which picks up right outside the cabin). The views really were stunning and we got at least a foot of fresh powder, which the dogs loved playing in out back. Bring chains if there's any chance of snow! John was super helpful and responsive and seemed to genuinely hope we were having a great time. We can't wait to come back again!

Great condo for ski vacation at Heavenly

I stayed at the condo with my wife and 3 teenagers in March of 2021. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor that the kids used, and a nice sized loft with a full bath that the wife and I used. The views from the condo are amazing, the kitchen is well stocked, and the living and dining areas were roomy and comfortable. The kids and I were able to ski down to the Boulder lift by walking down the walkway behind our building, climbing over a pile of snow, and then skiing down through the trees to the lift. My wife preferred the shuttle to the Stagecoach lift which picked her up from the parking lot. We cooked several meals in the kitchen but also ate at the Chart House (fantastic sea food) and the Fox and Hound (very good BBQ and burgers).

Perfect family getaway location!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay and John and Kristin's home. Extremely attentive to our questions and willing to help us with anything we needed. The condo has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. The kitchen has all the supplies you need and if you forget anything, you can make a quick drive or walk down the street to the corner store. Plenty of parking as well as an overflow lot across the street. The weather was perfect during our stay with a view of the stunning sunsets over the lake. While some guests mentioned the stairs, they didn't seem bad at all.(and we had children) It seemed that most units in the area had some form of stairs, many with more. Overall, we would love to return to John and Kristin's home in the future. They are kind, attentive, and very reasonable. - Melanie

Great views. Cozy condo. Very responsive owner.

The kitchen, dinning room and living room areas are set up and decorated with lots of wood, stone and a nice fireplace which makes the condo look like a nice and cozy mountain house. The views of the lake and trees are very nice. My kids loved the extra wide bunk beds and everyone enjoyed relaxing in the very comfortable living room armchairs. There was a huge TV and we would have enjoyed a nice movie but we were out most of the day and enjoyed long and relaxing dinners in the condo in the evening. John is super responsive, just as we saw in other reviews of the condo. There was a small issue upon arrival which he addressed to our full satisfaction in a fair manner. I would definitively stay there again. He also has a very nice and helpful neighbor with whom we chatted briefly upon arrival. The place was very easy to find. I highly recommend staying at John and Kirsten’s place.
