I was mostly pleased with this hotel. It was clean, even if it’s a little outdated. The staff was super nice and helpful. Only two “issues” were the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so it was more hot and humid, and the toilet seat lid wasn’t fully connected on one side. I told the front desk and they were nice and apologetic. The room was really clean and the beds were more comfortable than I expected. Breakfast was good for a free continental breakfast-fruits, cereal, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, muffins, waffles and of course coffee and juice. Our three boys were happy with the selection.

The room was very nice and very clean and the beds were very comfortable and we both got a good night sleep. The decaf coffer was luke warm. The only items were bagels and blueberry muffins. The hotel clerk stated that a lot of the items for breakfast were lost in traffic. The carpetin the area where you come was not clean. It really made us a second thought about staying there or not. The downstairs rug left tobe desired.

We were informed at check in breakfast was no longer a “hot breakfast” and the “hot tub” was just a tub. The beds were low quality and we could feel the coils. The handicap shower head was busted and only sprinkled. Room had no art or visual appeal and the walls were all damaged. The entire hotel was soaking humid. We decided to check out early and when seeking a partial refund we were told that we would be refunded, yet once we left we were denied a refund. Worst stay in the area yet.

Awful breakfast. Notice at check in counter alarming. Obvious they having trouble with local people having to charge them cash $333 deposit. Carpets dirty, bathroom floor tile loose and grout disgusting. Sad toiletries

It was very comfortable; however the towels were like sandpaper, no tissues or dirty laundry bag. I asked about it and was told that people don't use them, so they don't supply them. The breakfast wasn't much smaller than what was advertised and really not inviting for us.

First and foremost: Clean. And that's super important. I was put on the first floor. Directly across from the room where they wash all the linens. Noisy. And the upside, incredible water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, the towels are abourt as think as paper towels. It used to be a Holiday Inn express. It was bought out by Wyndham, who probably added a coulple nicer fixtures. But, not that much. Room also had poor lighting. Fine for a solo trip. But leaves a lot to be desired.
