Great huge room. Decent breakfast, staff is nice. Hot tub is out of order indefinitely- which bummed us out since we booked the hotel to be able to soak in the hot tub after skiing.

The sink was clogged; the water wasn't draining quickly, it was pooling. I was never able to check in by phone or email; it kept asking for a confirmation number that I didn't have. The phone support I called wasn't helpful or courteous. I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, and then I was able to check in, and everything went smoothly after that.

We wanted a place with a pool and hot tub. We paid a lot of money for two bedroom and chose this place for pool and hot tub. Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub out of order. Breakfast was terrible and empty. Had to wait for everything to be filled with long lines waiting. Poor experience for money spent. Should have went elsewhere

lovely staff, convenient location. Building is older, no vents in bathrooms, cheap coffee makers in rooms. I filled out their online check in form and indicated that I would like housekeeping service every other day. No housekeeping service was preformed at all. Nice hotel, but not worth the extra $.
