⚠️ Driveway is available for convenient guest one-car parking. Additional car parking is available on the main street (E.Federick Drive).
⚠️ The first floor is tenant-occupied, and there is no access between the first floor and the main level, ensuring your privacy. We kindly ask that you also be mindful and respectful of the tenant’s privacy during your stay.
⚠️ The townhouse is multi-level with stairs to all bedrooms.
⚠️ One-Car driveway parking is available; please do not block neighboring spaces.
⚠️ Please do not park in front of the house near the curb; HOA has strict towing enforcement.
⚠️ Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
⚠️ Any kind of party is NOT allowed in the property.
⚠️ Pets are NOT allowed in the property.
⚠️ Quiet hours are appreciated in the evening to respect neighbors.
