“Down by the Bay…..”

This property was absolutely stunning. It had expansive views of the bay from the west side of the house, which meant that every night was a spectacular sunset. The access to the private beach was perfect. My grandkids loved combing the beach and swimming. It was so relaxing. We could just sit and watch them from the property if we wanted. It was a very quiet neighborhood, even being next to a marina. A few things that we wanted to mention however, there were no shades on the windows in the bedrooms, just thin rattan Roman shades that did not keep the light out or were not private at night from the outside. There was a little bit of an ant problem in both bathrooms around the sink. The other problem, though that Melissa assisted with was the problem that trash had not been picked up when we arrived the cans were both full so we had to wait a few days till another trash truck came to pick up the garbage. Other than those issues, we absolutely loved staying at the beachcomber, and would definitely come back!

Water view home

Great location, great new clean home right on the water next to a boat harbor and next to a sea food restaurant with outdoor bar . Only two things was it had a keurig coffee machine and they give you starter set for a regular coffee also master bathroom had no doors so that was a little awkward. Neither of these would stop me from renting this home again.

Lovely location and great home

We enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, right on the water with beautiful sunset views. I thought the home could have some more seating space in the main living room area, but it worked well for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 child). There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the duration of the stay, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the property. We'd definitely stay there again.
