STINTINO,VILLA TURCHESE SARDINIA

Stintino, Villa Turquoise Sardina is the home of my memories and my family.

It is surrounded by greenery and perfect for people who prefer holidays in company but at the same time want comfort and privacy.

As we cross the small avenue that takes us home, we are immersed in a garden without walls, made of lentils, flowering oleanders, rosemary, ply pears, aloes and ancient junipers that smell the air, silence envelops everything.

The patio under the white canopy is bordered by clear swaying curtains, green sofas and armchairs to relax and a large dining table.

You enter

A large and bright living room with fireplace welcomes us, it is tiled with the artifacts of Cerasarda, a company famous all over the world x its production of handmade tiles and ceramics that dress the most beautiful houses!

Striking on the wall in front of a huge basket hanging on the wall as evidence of the ancient Sardinian art of weaving and other furnishings of local craftsmanship are scattered here and there

From this house you would never want to leave, it attracts inside you, in its large spaces you are fine, it releases covivialita, the kitchen is comfortable and induces us to prepare meals and large tavali

to consume them all together and no longer wants to go out.

You are together passionately but privacy is sacred, you can always close a door behind you to be alone, when you need it, the structure allows it, the spaces allow it!

On the ground floor we have the living room, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Going up a spiral staircase, upstairs, another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The mountain behind us and many other surrounding areas have not been built, they are covered with dense trees and Mediterranean scrub, so that it is possible, if you are lucky, to sometimes meet a strap with its children or foxes looking for a cool area under a tree or to drink, the forest body is attentive to the protection of native flora and fauna.

Mosquitoes, on the other hand, do not like Stintino, but sometimes the ants yes, so you have to be careful in avoiding leaving food residues or crumbs around, if they then insist on wanting to keep us company you will have to switch to less gentle but certainly effective systems.

A short path inside the sector takes us to the sea, in a few steps here is the beach \'Il Gabbiano\', crystal clear sea, sand like white flour and all services: umbrellas, sunbeds, showers,, restaurant, pizzeria, loungebar, make it a magical place and it is right under the house, no car, no rows under the sun, no search for impossible and very expensive parking spaces that are never found ,life is simple because it is in the name of relaxation, you live in swimsuit and pareo, children will be happy but also adults, a full imersion in nature!

From here we start to go on a thousand excursions with boats and inflatableboats that you can rent to scour the incredible coves and dive into a sublime water, not only x the color but also for its velvet texture!

you can do all the water sports with or without instructor, you organize excursions to go to the natural park of Asinare, unique flora and fauna that attract scholars and naturalists from all over the world, the triangle that is created between the island, Corsica Liguria and France is a destination of the transhumance of sperm whales towards the Nordic seas, if you are very lucky you can happen to meet one ,it happened to me! it is easy instead to cross dolphins, they come to play on the skis of boats in this corner of indescribable paradise and, if you are a lovers of adventure, you can also spend the night in the only structure here that is located in the former prison now disused, where the nights are illuminated only by the stars ! Under the house, continuing to walk, after the Seagull you go in the direction of \"la Pelosa\", a beach considered one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean and in the world, which will soon turn the look back to become even more beautiful.

If every now and then you want to return to reality, a few km from the house there is Stintino, a small nineteenth-century fishing village, characterized by a picturesque natural port that creeps funnel inside the village like a intestine, hence its name ! Here there are shops, supermarkets, bank, offices, medical guard and clubs x the aperitif by the sea, excellent restaurants where you eat freshly caught fish, and twice a week, a market with traditional sardinian products!

The uniqueness of the place is given by the colors and scents of the Mediterranean scrub enriched by the absence of city traffic. The house is cool but upstairs where the other two rooms are located there are also two air conditioning systems.

The 4 bedrooms, cared for in every detail and the 3 bathrooms allow you to enjoy a fun, exciting and in contact with nature. The minimum distance from the beach, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes, allows you to do without the car.

ON THE ROAD THAT LEADS HOME, towards Capo Falcone, there is a surprise behind the last bend when suddenly the sea appears, a sea never seen before, there is no cry of wonder in front of that pool of blinding turquoise, the only overbearing desire is to immerse yourself in that water!

You leave the car in the large private parking lot of the small condominium made of a few villas, the only one so close to the sea, now it would no longer be possible to build it.
