1) we booked a king room but was put in a double room. The harried night clerk checked me into a room that wasn't made up. I've been overcharged by over $100 and they say they can't fix that on the weekend. They didn't use the Travelocity rate. I couldn't watch the Olympics because he told me NBC had a contract dispute, through it was on on the lobby. Very poor impr

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, in the wee hours of the morning, it was discovered that the water was off. Therefore, we could not stay because we had a funeral to attend later that morning. And had to move to Holiday Inn Express.
