Despite the property feeling a bit aged, it was undeniably clean and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to a friendly and attentive gentleman who made us feel at ease. Our room was tidy, though it had a slight musty scent, reminiscent of body odor, which we quickly improved by turning on the air conditioner vents. We soon realized we were sharing the space with lively children attending soccer matches—loud, but manageable, and they didn't disturb our sleep. If you’re not seeking luxury, I definitely recommend giving this place a try for a comfortable and no-fuss stay.

We travel a lot for our daughter's competitive softball team, and whenever we play in Stockton, we always stay here. The manager greets us by name and is very friendly. The rooms are excellent because they have two TVs—one for the parents and one for the kids. The complimentary breakfast is quite good for a free option. We love staying here, and the location is fantastic!

Falsely advertised, gross, and poorly maintained. The “suite” is not that, it is instead an adjoining room with no shared common spaces - both rooms of which are dark, dirty, and dingy. The staff was very kind and recognized that I was correct in that the room was misrepresented and moved me to a new room with common area…well a chair and table. The new room unfortunately was dark, smelled weird, and had both dried boogers on the wall and mold in the shower. The ceiling fan, which I’ve never seen in a hotel room, was really dusty and dirty. The corridors were very dark and a bit sketchy as well, the stairwelll was filthy and the elevator did not seem to be in the best condition. The surrounding area was also not the best. Also a first, I was told to keep the room key away from my phone and debit cards as it would stop working. I was unable to stay there and promptly booked another hotel elsewhere. I have never left a review on this site before, but considering I am left to FIGHT for a refund, I felt it prudent to do so. I was told I would not receive a refund, and have yet to be refunded the refundable deposit and late checkout fee as well. I called and asked to speak to a manager who never returned my call. I have involved my attorney and am patiently awaiting a call back. The only positive thing was that the guy behind the front desk was very kind and did his best with what he was working with.
