Room was clean, odor of Clorox was present. Opened the window and it quickly dissipated. The hotel shows wear and tear, but is clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable.
The receptionist is rude and unprofessional, the lounge and pool area are horribly dirty and the breakfast is simply miserable.
Everything needs to be reviewed, starting with the staf.
Not safe and not clean! I booked a weekend to have a place to stay with my 2 kids as a single mom . Right when I walked in it’s so dirty , filled with men and felt uncomfortable. The manager seemed to be friends with some of the creepy guests in the lobby . One of the guests approached me and my kids when checking in & touched both my kids heads / hair and asked their names , ages and how far we were coming from . I felt unsafe and uncomfortable . The manager gave me my key and openly showed it to where the other guest saw what room I was staying in which made me feel even more in danger . Once I went up to my room it was soooooo hot , the elevator hardly worked and was soooo janky. It was so dirty . I had a panic attack in the room and within an hour of staying checked out and asked for a refund due to safety and cleanliness . The manager didn’t refund me but I didn’t want to risk my kids or my life staying there so I left. Didn’t even make it more than an hour in that hotel.
This hotel needs a lot of maintenance and up keep. Outlets were old and didn’t hold. A/c did not work at 100% its capacity. Room was very musty. Hallways had badly stained carpet and window was broken. The pool was filthy. No pool towels. When I asked front desk they only gave me 2 towels for 4 people. Room had only 2 bath towels, when I asked front desk again they asked for the used towels , I had mentioned to him that we haven’t used them but that we needed 4 for 4 people. Horrible experience.
