Beautifully remodeled 1853 carriage house
This beautiful, bright, three bedroom two bath apartment is located on the second and third floor of a private home just outside Stonington Borough. Open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout and three sided fireplace that’s visible from the dining room as well as the living room and sunroom. There’s a den with solid French doors for when you need to get some work done. Sliding glass doors in the dining room into a large second floor deck overlooking a private inground swimming pool as well as gardens. From the second floor deck you can see the harbor and watch beautiful sunsets. Second floor has a full bathroom with a washer and dryer third floor has a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and three bedrooms. This place sleeps 5 very comfortably.
