L'accueil professionnel, aimable et courtois. Hôtel à proximité des transports vers le centre ville et facilement accessible en arrivant de l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais copie et varié.

Tout d'abord, l'accueil aimable et courtois. Accessibilité des etages facilitée par l'ascenseur. Nuit au calme. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Communication facile avec le personnel.

Le studio est bien, propre et bien équipé. Par contre le chauffage dans la chambre est inexistant. Le climatiseur ou chauffage d'appoint ne chauffe pas et j'ai dû mettre en route moi-même le chauffage dans la salle de bain et, quand on le fait remarquer à l'hôtesse de la réception le lendemain, on a vraiment l'impression qu'elle s'en foutait complètement. Nous voyageons souvent et c'est sûr que nous n'allons pas revenir chez vous rien que pour cette façon de traiter un mécontentement. Nous avons passé le dernier week-end à Marseille dans un appart hôtel bien chauffé malgré un climat plus clément. Deux jours plus tard au nord de la France chauffage nul.....ce qui, peut arriver, mais par contre le je m'en foutisme de votre hôtesse NON...(à l'opposé total de votre veilleur de nuit qui fût d'une gentillesse et d'un service à la clientèle juste parfait). Client pas content = client perdu + mauvaise pub A bon entendeur Salutations...

Kurze Übernachtung zu günstigen Preis

Als Single ist dieses Hotel sicher zu empfehlen. Eher einfach gehalten. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht überall gegeben (Ecken unsauber), Frühstück hatte ich keins. Passt schon.

empfangspersonal okay freundlich, für preis ganz okay. zimmer super, lage das einzige was nicht mega super ist. altstadt schon noch weit entfernt, aber mit öffentlichem verkehr gut erschlossen & taxi auch nichtvteuer

Strasbourg moins cher

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Gewerbegebiet außerhalb des Bereiches der Touristenkarten. Man sollte sich die französischen Daten für das Navi oder entsprechende Karten aus dem Internet vorbereiten, sonst gestaltet sich die Anfahrt mit dem Auto etwas langwierig. Aber ein freundlicher Tankwart konnte helfen. Eine späte Anreise war kein Problem. Die Rückfahrt zum Parkhaus Petite France am nächsten Morgen gelang Dank der Centre Ville-Schilder tatsächlich in 10 Minuten. Die Tram A sollte an der Avenue Colmar in der Nähe des Hotels halten. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber durchdacht eingerichtet. Sie werden offenbar auch von Gästen der nahegelegenen Universität längerfristig genutzt und ermöglichen auch Familien einen bezahlbaren Urlaub. Das Frühstück für ca. 8 Euro war nicht im Preis inbegriffen, aber seinen Preis wert (Wurst, Käse, Baguette, Yoghurt, Müsli, Äpfel).

Une véritable déception

Totalement déçu ne vous fiez pas aux photos qui sont clairement des trompes l'oeil ! Le lit double et petit et à ras le sol La douche n'est qu'un vulgaire bac Pour deux personnes une seul à pu avoir une serviette de taille correct la deuxième serviette était une serviette de sol Pas de télécommande pour la tv ! Une boîte de poisson pané qui traîne dans le frigo depuis je ne sais quand . Seul point positif le personel qui est sympa . Vraiment fuyez cet hôtel !

Hotel très bien situé,chambre propre.Douche cependant trop petite.Toute petite télé,papier toilettes au minimum,c'est dommage.

Sehr einfach, pratisch und freundliche Hotel

Hotel war so einfach und freundlich, die 2 Bonbons auf der Kissen hat mir schön überrascht, Bad Zimmer mit ein Cosmetic Geschenk war auch sehr freundlich. Es war sehr schöne Zimmer für eine Familie.
