Lovely, convenient property with fantastic staff. I stayed during the holiday market season and it's clear I was paying 3-4x traditional market rate or being there during peak season. I think if you pay market rate during any other time of the year it probably feels worth the spend, but I was paying Ritz Carlton prices for a pretty standard hotel. That's on me though, so I'd certainly recommend this place for a solid, comfortable stay with a very welcoming staff!

Great location. Staff could be nicer to travellers

The hotel is sutuated in a great area. I chose it for the location and parking. I was informed at check in to park at the cathedral parking, when I realized that it had a 3 hour maximum I returned and asked if there was other parking available. That is when I was told there was parking for $35 at hotel. I was a bit perturbed that this was not mentioned when I 1st asked but after I had wasted a couple of hours and money. When I returned for a 2nd stay, I went directly to the parking and they were off put that I wanted to park there on my way to check in. There was no way to add it through the app.

Very easy to get to. We had a lovely room and enjoyed drinks at the bar and breakfast. Easy walking and public transport to everywhere we had time to visit. Would very happily return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Strasbourg. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the services provided were top-notch. However, I did have one small issue. On my last day, I had to leave early in the morning and was disappointed that there was no option for a breakfast bag to go. It would have been a nice touch to have something to take with me for my early departure.

I (Wendy) had a truly amazing stay at The Leonor for my birthday and the Christmas markets. The hotel was so classy (almost mistaken for a museum on arrival), beautifully decorated, well located and super comfortable. There were thoughtful little goodies in my room and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mathilde at reception who was lovely and kind.

Not service oriented!!

No food available for our stay and 99% of city closed. No recommendations given on what to do. The clerk basically told me the French love holidays and don’t work so if I understood that then I should not complain. I have traveled all over Europe including France and never had a hotel that offered absolutely zero with no recommendation as an alternative. There is no service here and the staff was very very rude. We arrived to check in 15 min to 3 and she made us wait until 3:01 at the desk. What a joke!!! Just being ugly at that time because we were Americans. Let other people check in earlier. One was our friends we met.

Great hotel! Walkable to the center and train station. Great staff - arrived earlier than check in but the staff held my bags and when I came back to check in they were already in our rooms. Clean and a very nice hotel, I’d stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Leonor and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was courteous and the ambience of the hotel during the Christmas season. We had great drinks at the bar listening to live music, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning. This was truly a special experience and in a great location of town.
