Address/Address: 26 rue d'Obernai Close to the train station and the city center, the 63m² Petite-France apartment is ideal for a stay with family, friends or a business trip. We welcome you to our main residence. Our family consists of a cat, who will go on vacation with us, but will leave his tree at home. The apartment offers a lounge/dining room (double sofa bed) opening onto a small balcony. A separate kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Two bedrooms with a double bed each make up the sleeping area. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment. The accommodation is located in a paid parking area on the street by parking meter. This family neighborhood has many local shops. All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: the cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection Your stay in a few figures: 25 minutes on foot from the Cathedral, 10 minutes on foot from Petite France, 15 minutes on foot from Strasbourg train station House rules: This unit is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. Animals are strictly forbidden. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is up to you to clean and store the dishes, lower the trash cans, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 for cleaning costs. A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police sheet, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
