The Yellow Farmhouse has a welcoming country setting with a front/back porch, 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, den/living room and a bonus room with a pool table. There is 4,000 square feet of livable space. The Farmhouse is nestled on 14 acres of beautiful land. There are chickens (fresh eggs daily) and occasionally some cows/horses located on the property. Our friendly cat, Bells, will greet you upon your arrival (outside cat). There is plenty of parking. This property is 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville, and the University of Tennessee. There are two golf courses located within 5 minutes and 15 minutes. One hour from Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

This is a great home to reunite families and friends as it is suitable for couples, single traveling adventurer, business travelers, families (with children) and big groups.
During your stay at this farm stay, you'll be close to Ruggles Ferry Golf Course. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available.
