The property is situated on the first floor of a historic building and enjoys an open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs and a large flat-screen digital HDTV. This area also incorporates a small kitchenette fitted with a cooker hob, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer. Guests can soak up city life from the small balconies accessible from both the living space and bedroom.

Stresa is situated on the shores of the Borromean Gulf and is one of Lake Maggiore\'s most popular resorts. The city’s historic architecture reflects its past as a popular 19th-century tourist destination for European nobility. Many of the Belle Époque-style hotels and villas have been well-preserved, contributing to the town\'s enduring charm.

The town’s main attractions are the Borromean Islands, a group of picturesque islands located just off the coast - Isola Bella, Isola Madre, and Isola dei Pescatori. These islands are known for their opulent palaces, well-manicured gardens, and captivating beauty. Visitors can take one of the ferries in the port (a 2-minute walk away) to explore the islands and immerse themselves in their rich history.

Stresa is also a gateway to the scenic landscapes of the Italian Alps. The nearby Mottarone mountain offers panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding area.
