townhome nestled on 11 privately owned acres, very family-friendly oriented safe and quiet community w/koi pond & 1000ft of TOCCOA river running at property’s edge (gravel path leads to river approx 150yds) HOTTUB; Grill; Keurig; toaster; pots; linens; dishwasher; washer; dryer& much much more!

Almost everything was great. I’ll list the good first. The beds were comfy. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated. The cable TV and the heating and cooling worked just fine. Everything was nice and clean. The walk to the river is easy going down and a bit harder coming back up. But it is worth the effort. The path is gravel and might be impossible for a wheelchair. Now for the not so good. No bath soap or shampoo was provided. Bath towels are old and thin. The back door is difficult to lock. The striker plate probably needs adjusting. No outside light for the carport or back door. At least, we couldn't find a switch to a light. Overall, I would stay here again. The price is more reasonable than a hotel. The owner responds quickly.

We had a wonderful time at this adorable and spacious cabin. There were lots of pots, pans, and other kitchen Amenities for cooking like a blender, double oven, & Keurig for pods & ground coffee pot. Comfy beds & blankets, adorable decor, and really great property with fire pit and short walk to the river. Would definitely stay again

Great Weekend

The Moose Lodge hosted a small group of us for a small Fall weekend getaway. The host was thorough and proactive, and the property was fantastic. Very clean, awesome location, had all of the amenities we wanted and needed. I would recommend this property to anyone and we most definitely plan to be back!

Cozy comforts!

With kids ranging from 2-11, this unit was great! We were a little confused about the community as there was nothing mentioned on the advertisement, nothing negative, just not as secluded as we thought we would be. Our hosts were amazing, in spite of our mishaps while staying there, communication with them was a breeze. The unit was well stocked with games and the kitchen had just about everything you needed! Kids loved the hot tub, fishing and fires! Many great memories made!

We had a wonderful time! Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the cabin and had everything we needed to make home cooked meals every night for the week we stayed. River access is perfect for the little ones!

Quick getaway weekend

This was a great spot. We were heading to N. GA for a quick getaway. The spot was great for us. The house is part of a set of vacation homes and we enjoyed quiet time to ourselves as well as chatting with our neighbors who were weekending as well. We enjoyed the quick hike down to the river as well as exploring along Rock Creek which is close by.

Cozy place with great hosts

Beautiful cabin in a quite place, just what we wanted. Anya is a very accomodating person and she even helped us on a personal level, that she didnt have to do. I hope this cabin will see many more guests in the years to come.

Christmas family trip

Beautiful property! Clean and convenient to town. Loved that it had the pack n play as we had an infant and upstairs had toys for our 10 year old and an area that felt like his own space. The river is a little walk but beautiful as well! One of our favorite places we have stayed for sure!! The quiet n stars n hot tub at night were perfect and so relaxing! We also loved the fact that there were plenty towels linens etc... Thanku for sharing your home with us we will definitely be back again!
