Hotel was clean and well kept overall. Had some ants in the breakfast kitchen area near where people had spilt maple syrup at the waffle bar but not a deal breaker for me.

Amazing breakfast

The hotel is showing its age. The lotion container came off the wall, and the tv didn’t work in the morning despite working the night before. The towels were lovely but the bat mat very thin, and no rubber mat for the shower, despite having to climb over the tub side.

Great customer service but meh.

The front staff was friendly and had great service. The room was pretty clean. We had a jacuzzi tub and when sitting in the tub, you can see splatters of things on the wall that would have been hard for the cleaner to see. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. There were children running up and down the hall screaming at 11pm at night. Although this is not the hotels fault, it did impact our experience. For the price, I did expect more.
