The stay was good. The pillows were a bit lumpy. The staff were very nice. The fitness center was closed for “renovations” but no alternative was provided during our stay.

We booked based on the fact that this hotel had a gym. When we got there the gym was closed for renos. We asked for a refund and the worker told us no as we had entered the room.. not used the room… only entered. This hotel could have refunded our stay since their advertising was false.

Water was not hot to shower, felt like someone was spitting on you that’s how clogged shower head was and we found a hair brush full of hair on the floor in front of bed. Front desk staff (Earl) was super friendly and welcoming.

The beds were way too to hard for us, terrible back spasms all night, I had to run the hot water for almost five minutes to get hot water in the shower. In fairness, check in was very easy, and check out was very easy.
