Beautiful house on Summit Lake

A beautiful modern open floor plan home with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Wood burning fireplace, large deck facing the Lake which is gorgeous. Great fishing year-round. We have kayaks, fishing boat, life preservers. 2 car garage attached. This is a year round home that we use but want to share. It comes fully furnished with bedding, towels, furniture, . Full kitchen and dining room. The lake itself is spring fed. The Town of Summit is small and easy to get around. There are restaurants in nearby Jefferson, a ten minute drive or Cobleskill with Wal mart and Price Chopper. Enjoy the Lake!

Great stay at the lake

This was a fabulous weekend at a beautiful lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and kitchen had all needed items for cooking in. We enjoyed the large back deck with plenty of seating as well as the fire pit. Of course the real draw was the lake! It was clean, quiet (no motor craft) and easy to enjoy with the kayaks and boat at the house. Gregg was a super host who met us at check in to make sure we got in and answered questions about the house and area. He was also reachable and kind before our stay too. We hope to enjoy this house again soon.
