I like the location, view, room space & size; room was clean and comfortable. Quiet place and provide daily housekeeping. However Hotel outside condition was dated & poor and hallways somewhat dirty.

Horrible hotel.

This Hotel is not what it seems in the pictures. The sauna didn't work, pool wasn't clean, very small gym and dirty. The window doesn't close so all trash and leaves come in from the outside. The Lady at the front desk was very rude no customer service at all. When it came to the room it was worse. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower still and the toilet was clogged. The phone in the room didn't even work I had to use my personal cell phone to contact the front desk when needed. The floor was stiicky as if it has not been properly mopped in a long time. Definitely not staying here again, pay that extra 100-200 and stay at a decent hotel.

When we arrived we checked in and went to one of our rooms and it had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and they changed the bedding and picked up the bathroom while staff was speaking in Spanish about myself and friends. Then proceeded to tell me they had just cleaned it and someone must have a key.

Choose a hotel that is in better condition 😔😔

The hotel staff was not the friendliest the hotel is very run down the buildings and the inside of the rooms need to be updated there is a lot of space when the doors close on the rooms the curtains in the room had holes in them and our air conditioner was falling apart literally!!

There is a water leaking in the bathroom everytime you flush the toilet. Housekeeping is bad. I told them not to clean my room and when I came back after breakfast less than an hour, the curtain on my room is wide open, collect the used towel hanging but never replace. Also, they come to your room knocking as early as 730
