front desk lady cancelled my reservation, I still got charged and she told me all the rooms were booked when I was trying to book again after her cancelling my room. Ended up staying at the Hilton down the road and it was a far better experience, told them of our encounter with Hampton inn and they waived all fees for the lady being terrible.
