With the beach only a quarter-mile down the road, this cheerful home is a place to spend your days swimming, boogie boarding, fishing, and collecting seashells on the sand. A number of restaurants, cafes, shops, and conveniences are just across the Intracoastal Waterway less than a mile north.

The adjacent screened porch is a perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon crossword puzzles, and cocktails at sunset.
