Patrolled Sunshine Beach is less than a five minute walk away. The apartment itself is on the second level of the small complex of only 5 apartments. Beautiful ocean views can be seen from the spacious living area and undercover balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms :-)



The Space:

This lovely apartment is located in a quiet residential complex of only 5 apartments. The apartment itself is on the second level with secure garage parking on the ground level for one car. As soon as you walk into this gorgeous home you are met with a beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The open plan kitchen and living room ensure you enjoy those cooling ocean breezes and beautiful view from this area.



The bedrooms, one with queen and one with two singles are further down the hallway beside the master bathroom. The master bedroom has a second TV, A/C and a walk in robe. The ensuite has a spa bath with a separate shower. The second bedroom also has air conditioning for those hot summer nights.

The Neighborhood:

We are located on beautiful Belmore Terrace in pristine Sunshine Beach. An easy walk to all amenities including the patrolled beach. 5 minute drive to world famous Main Beach and Hastings Street.



Getting Around:

You can drive anywhere in the Noosa shire within 10 minutes. There are lots of cycle tracks along the coast road as well as further towards to the river. You can walk or get the bus (free during holidays) directly to main beach.



Other Things to Note:
