The space
From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a sense of light, space, and calm, with thoughtful details designed to make every part of your stay both relaxing and memorable.

The first thing you’ll notice is the brand-new kitchen, the centrepiece of the home. Sleek, modern, and fully equipped, it’s the kind of space that makes cooking and entertaining a joy. Whether you’re whipping up an easy breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing a feast to share with family and friends, the kitchen flows effortlessly into the open-plan living and dining area. Natural light pours through the windows, the furnishings are soft and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. There is a split system air conditioning unit in the living area to keep you warm or cool depending on the time of year.

Comfort extends throughout Copacabana’s bedrooms, each one thoughtfully styled to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All rooms feature a ceiling fan and USB & USB-C charging points. The master room boasts a comfortable King bed, A/C, TV and en-suite, while the Queen room offers a peaceful sanctuary for couples or family members. For groups or children, the bunk room with Queen and King Single bed is both practical and fun, making it a versatile space for different types of guests. An extra trundle bed is available on request for groups of 8.

There is a travel cot and high chair available at the property.

As part of the Sebel you will have access to the pool across from the unit, as well as walking distance to the Novotel restaurant and lake activity centre. The two resorts are connected by walking paths around the salt water lagoon. It’s the perfect blend of activity and relaxation, whether you want to spend your days lounging by the water or stretching your legs among the greenery.

North Shore Beach is close enough that you can enjoy the sand and surf within minutes, or for more calmer vibes walk to Maroochy River waterway beach. The bustling hubs of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba are just a short drive away, filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops to explore. Golf enthusiasts will love having Twin Waters Golf Club nearby, while adventurers can head inland to discover charming hinterland villages and national parks. Sunshine Coast Airport is less than 10 minutes away, making travel seamless and stress-free.
