The retro-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious holiday meals - fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave. The living space is full of quirky coastal charm, featuring a comfy plush sofa, occasional chair, large smart TV (apps only), and ceiling fan. The complex also includes a shared pool area with sun lounges, perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding.



Bedroom One (Master Bedroom): Enjoy sea views through plantation shutters in the master bedroom, which includes a plush queen bed, ceiling fan, and a wardrobe space.



Bathroom One: Includes a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.



Bedroom Two: Ideal for kids, this room has two single beds plus a pullout trundle, a cupboard, and a standing fan.



Laundry: Tucked into the hallway cupboard, the compact laundry includes a front-loading washing machine and sink.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment on level 2 accessible via the lift or stairs, plus access to the complex pool area. There is space to park one car in the designated carport space.

The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in walking distance to Kings Beach where you will find a patrolled beach, surf club, beach pool, parks, plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore.

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 5-minute walk (250m) to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
