This stylish 2-bedroom apartment is in an unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Pumicestone Passage ensures it’s perfect for those who enjoy being near the water. Whether you're looking to walk, swim, cycle, paddle, relax, or simply enjoy the sunrise and the views over the Passage, you'll have everything at your fingertips.



The Golden Beach shopping complex is just 400 metres away, offering everything from cafes, coffee, groceries, and restaurants—all within a short stroll. For those wishing to venture further, the bus stop is conveniently nearby, providing access to Caloundra and beyond.



THE BEDROOMS

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for comfort.

The main living room and kitchen are air conditioned.

THE PROPERTY LAYOUT

The property consists of two separate dwellings, each with its own private entrance. Our apartment is at the back of the property and has a private garage and front door, with a private, fully fenced, patio and back yard area. The front dwelling is rented on a permanent basis.

Parking is available in the garage for 1 vehicle, and street parking is free.
