The rooms are larger than expected and have all equipment for kitchen and laundry needs, balcony views of the glass house mountains were wonderful. Spectacular 360 veiw at the rooftop pool, of beach and mountains. Clive and Debbie are wonderful hosts, excellent customer service from them both.

Both our balcony and the rooftop pool & spa offered beautiful coastal views of Caloundra. The hotel itself is located in the heart of Caloundra and only a few minutes walk to Bulcock Beach. It is close to both shops and restaurants. We found staff to be friendly and helpful

First floor apartment. No water/garden view. Just a view of a noisy street. Noisy aircon. Very shabby, old fashioned and in poor condition. Took a loss and moved to other accommodation.

I was disappointed with the quality of the property. Stayed there for 3 nights but sadly it was very poor condition. None if the exhaust fans were working even in the wash rooms which is of course not acceptable and I was given a very lame answer for the same. Wouldn’t be staying in there again.
