Bedroom 1 – Primary King Suite (Ensuite):

Bedroom 2 – Queen + Twin Guest Room:
This flexible room includes a queen and twin bed with a light, coastal feel. It’s ideal for kids, teens, or guests who want shared sleeping space without sacrificing comfort.
Bedroom 3 – King Guest Room (Connected to Bunk Room):
A king bedroom directly connected to the bunk room for easy access. Perfect for parents who want young children close while maintaining separate sleep spaces.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room + Bonus Kid Space:
A bunk room with trundle, safety rails, and extra space for play, plus a stacked washer and dryer. This setup keeps kids entertained while the main living areas stay calm and uncluttered.

Walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet with a clean, functional layout. Designed for ease and privacy within the primary suite.

➝ Rental Agreement Required: You’ll be asked to review and sign a rental agreement after booking. Your access code and check-in details will only be released once this is completed—ensuring everything is clear, secure, and ready for your arrival.
➝ Optional Pool Heat (Seasonal): You can add pool heat during March, April, May, October, and November for $85 per day. Simply request it after booking—it will be billed through your guest portal in the check-in message so everything is set before you arrive.
➝ Summer Check-In Policy: To keep turnover smooth and ensure the home is fully prepared for your stay, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available during peak summer months. This allows the home to meet the standard you expect upon arrival.
➝ Minimum Booking Age: You must be at least 25 years old to book this home. A valid government-issued ID may be requested to confirm—this helps maintain a safe, respectful environment for all guests.
➝ Occupancy Limits: You’ll want to plan your group size carefully, as maximum occupancy must be followed at all times—including daytime visitors. This ensures the property remains comfortable, safe, and compliant with local regulations.
House Rules
➝ No Smoking: You’ll need to keep the home and outdoor spaces completely smoke-free, including decks and patios. A $750 ozone remediation fee will apply per occurrence to restore the space for future guests.
➝ No Pets: This home is not pet-friendly, helping us maintain a clean and allergy-conscious environment for every guest.
➝ Check-Out Time: Your check-out time is 10:00am. Late departures impact incoming guests, so a $100 fee will apply for every 25 minutes past check-out.
➝ Respect the Home: You’re invited to settle in and enjoy the space, while also caring for it as your own. Any damaged, broken, or missing items during your stay will be your responsibility.
➝ No Parties or Events: You’ll be staying in a quiet residential area, so gatherings, parties, or events aren’t permitted. Excessive noise or disruptions may result in your stay ending early without refund.
➝ Parking Guidelines: Please park all vehicles in the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted and may result in towing.
➝ Quiet Hours: After 10:00pm, you’ll want to keep noise low out of respect for neighbors and the surrounding community—helping preserve the peaceful coastal setting everyone comes here to enjoy.
