Old Skool Family Holiday House - walk to beach!

Tucked away in the relaxed seaside suburb of Surf Beach, NSW, our holiday home is the perfect coastal retreat for families looking to unwind. With a warm, welcoming feel and all the essentials for a laid-back getaway, this three-bedroom home offers comfort and a touch of nostalgia.

The kids (and kids at heart) will love the ping pong table set up in the garage — perfect for friendly family tournaments. Out the back, a generous deck invites slow afternoons with a BBQ and cold drinks, while the private, fully fenced garden is ideal for kids to play safely.

Inside, the home is simple, cosy, and fuss-free — a true lo-fi escape to unplug from the rush of everyday life. Gaze out to our lush back garden while hand wash dishes in our 1970's sink. Lounge on the daybed on the front verandah for sunny mornings with a book and cuppa in hand. No distractions, just the essentials, and plenty of fresh sea air.

The house consists of two double bed rooms and a bunk room. Bed linen and bath towels included. PLEASE bring your own BEACH TOWELS! Naturally you'll bring your own toiletries so we don't supply little plastic novelty soaps that just go to landfill. The house is stocked with board games, a PS2 in the bunk room and a mega DVD library with something for everyone.

Best of all, our holiday home is just a short walk to both Surf Beach and Wimbie Beach, where you can swim, surf, or explore the local coastline. Surf Beach is patrolled over summer and if you have a furry friend with you, dogs are welcome at Denham's and Wimbie Beaches between 5pm and 9am.

The local supermarket and take away can sort you out with most things. There's also a pizza shop, chemist and bottle shop!

A great base to explore regional gems like Mogo town, Mogo Wildlife Park, Broulee Brewhouse and Moruya markets on Saturday mornings. Woohoo!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash, dry and return the dishes
BBQ: wash and clean the hotplate and wipe down the surfaces. Make sure the gas bottle is turned OFF
Pick up and dispose of any dog bombs off the lawn
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
