Located in North Surfside Beach, one mile north of the Surfside Beach Pier, this 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home is perfect for families and groups who value larger indoor living and outdoor recreational spaces, combined with the comfort and privacy of extra large bedrooms. Inside, you will find 900 square feet of primary living space opening to a 10’ x 30’ deck which overlooks a large back yard with a 14’ x 25’ private concrete pool. Seasonal pool heating is available by request for an extra fee. Joye-Phil Times has 3 King master and 3 Queen double bedrooms, each with private bath. One King master and one Queen double are on the first floor for those who may need to minimize stairs. Upstairs, there is a second, smaller Living/TV area to offer your group an alternate spot for TV content, games, or conversation. With large indoor and outdoor spaces, ample two bay covered parking, and easy access to the beach, Joye-Phil Times is perfectly suited to host your next family, group, or golf vacation with comfort, convenience, and style.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
In addition to a large pool (25’x14’x3’), this spacious home offers large bedrooms and living space with over 3600+ sq. ft. It also includes Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. We recommended adding pool heat to your reservation at the time of booking but it must be added no less than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
