The Space:

The apartment features two bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a 40-inch smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and a 35-inch smart TV, along with its own private bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, featuring a dining table that seats four, complemented by four additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. The living room is furnished for relaxation, with comfortable seating and a 55-inch smart TV. Step outside to the screened porch, which overlooks the pool deck, complete with grilling and smoking areas, as well as outdoor dining spaces both poolside and near the grill.



Guest Access:

Guest has access to the entire unit. Keypad lock entry is provided 48 hours in advance of reservation.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes!



Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber is available, but accessibility may vary. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
