Pets fine. Housekeeping great. Some of the front staff needs to learn how to speak with their upfront paying customers, treat them how they would love to be treated. Being an executive house keeper, I visit different hotels to check out how the hotel is run and how their staff is treating their customers. I do not let the hotels know this because I want to see exactly how it is going to go. The motel is very clean and the housekeeper does a great job. Some of the frontend staff or owners is a totally different story. The intimadation is ridiculous. This is my second review and thought this time it would be better as far as the attitude. The motel is great again, but their attitudes will lose customers if they do not change.

Showed up and Expedia did t have reservations sent. the whole first floor smelled like weed. All night long the room smelled heavy of it. Kind of weird that you can’t walk in lobby after certain hours. Made me feel like it was not a safe area.

Room was dirty did not smell good at all. Staff banged on the door before 9am and asked if I was staying over cause someone else was checking into the room and check out time is at 11am. All around not a good place don’t recommend

No elevator no shampoo in the room, 2 tiny bar soa

I request online that i need handy cap room. I thought i get ground floor room but get second floors room in stead, i have a problem with my legs, it very painful when i walk up the stairs because they don't have elevator.
