Beautiful holiday apartment on two floors with sea view, in a beautiful location directly at the harbour of Svaneke.
This older but well-maintained apartment is a wonderful base for a holiday with lots of beach trips, nature experiences and excursions around the island. It has both a wooden terrace and a balcony with seating, so you have plenty of options for enjoying your meals outdoors, feeling the fresh sea air and finding a suitable spot at any time of day. From the apartment, you have access to a communal garden, which is shared with two other apartments. In the garden there is a garden shed with seating for cosy get-togethers in the evening. There is a wood-burning stove in the apartment, which also makes winter stays cosy.
An atmospheric home, quietly and centrally located in beautiful Svaneke, just a few steps away from good restaurants, shops, cultural events and much more. You have the opportunity to swim from the rocks, but it is also only 800 metres to a small sandy beach at Hullehavnen. You can get yourself a delicious ice cream and take a stroll along the harbour. In favourable weather conditions, you can enjoy a magnificent view from the nearby tower as far as the island of Christiansø. You are also not far from Rokkestenen or Nexø.
