Lovely stay for one night. Would have appreciated two pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Great sleep, not noisy at all. The most wonderful smiley welcome for breakfast in the piano room. The lady was very helpful and busy replenishing items. That lady deserves a pay rise for all her hard work.

Cleanliness wasn’t the best, don’t think the carpet has been hoovered or cleaned in a while, bits everywhere especially down the side of the bed. And stains in front of the sofa Couldnt really open my windows as there was some kind of air ducting outside making noise all through the night so not the greatest sleep due to the warmth of the room and noise from outside. The room did look quiet nice and looked like it’s had had a lick of paint and bathroom refurbed which was nice. Least i got the correct room id booked this time.

The staff at the hotel where very welcoming, the room was big and spacious however a little dated, the bed was super comfy this was a surprise for me. Carnt get over having a separate room with a sofa however the sofa was in the bedroom so really a bit os a useless room, the lift said it would carry 3 people but kept saying it was overloaded if 3 got in, the breakfast was very basic the sausages where disgusting to the extent i dont think could eat one ever again,, the bistro the waiter took ages to get my husband's drink he ordered ( at least half hour) then the pizza i ordered was out of stock so had to wait even longer after i changed my order, that was not a good experience,. Would i stay here again if i was in the area yes i would as it was quiet and local to all the shops

Room was nice, just dated. Bed was comfy. The shower was great, nice and strong. Location is great in center of Swansea, close to shops and restaurants. It’s nice having ample parking available.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, aber in einem sehr abgewohnten Zustand. Der Teppich war schmutzig, abgetreten und schlug Wellen. Einer der beiden Fahrstühle war außer Betrieb, scheinbar schon länger; der andere war winzig, alt und sehr langsam. Der Frühstücksraum bot einen trostlosen Anblick, das Frühstück war mangelhaft und seinen Preis nicht wert. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, als Alternative wurde auf die Beutel mit Instantkaffee verwiesen. Am zweiten Morgen gab es Kaffee aus einer Thermoskanne - leider ungenießbar. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels war schrecklich, große Baustellen, viele leerstehende Geschäfte und die noch offenen Geschäfte nicht unser Geschmack.

The condition of the room is very poor and dilapidated, the furniture must be 50 yrs old and the chair was threadbare to such an extent you wouldn't want to sit on it. Added to this they wanted £10 a night for parking which wasn't mentioned in the booking. Totally disappointed with the hotel, the front desk staff were okay and entrance gave the impression it was of a much higher level. Also our window had scaffolding in front of it. The management should be ashamed of putting guests in such a poor room and charging these rates. Years ago the Dragon was seen as the hotel to stay at, sadly its the opposite !!

Disappointing

Only one elevator was working which meant long delays to access the elevator. Carpets were well worn. Breakfast was disappointing. It was buffet style. The bacon, sausage and other items were under heat lamps and the food was very dry.

Reception and bar staff very friendly and welcoming. Good shower and comfortable bed. Our room was very hot, and noise from road through open window disturbed my sleep. Chair upholstery in bedroom was soiled, and toilet flush didn't work properly.
