Ein Wohlfühl-Apartement, liebevoll gestaltet, alles neu und sauber, blitzeblank !!! Erstklassig!!! Kulanz-Tausch wg. Wasserschaden im ursprüngl. Apartement. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesesen über den Tausch. Die Lage ist etwas dezentral, nahe Industriehafen, hat aber eine erstklassige Terasse im oberen Stockwerk und kl. Balkon im unteren Stockwerk (2.Et.).
