It was okay. The front staff were very friendly and helpful (provided additional kcups and cups). Customer Service A+. The overall condition of the hotel seemed to go downhill a bit since we last visited a few years back (it was under a different name then, Heartstone Inn) a few years ago. It was odd that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom....noticed the veneer finish was bubbling in some places and pieces came off on the vanity, probably from moisture damage. Staff told my wife that the pool was closed and when my wife went into the weight room some of the equipment wasn't working. Other places in the same price range that provide similar offerings (open pool and/or exercise room) also provide complimentary breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel didn't look busy each time I walked by. The hotel didn't seem very busy when we were there (not many cars in the parking lot). When we went for a drive into town we noticed the other hotels close by were fairly busy, so we may check one of them out the next time we're in town.

Owners: You’re fortunate to have such friendly and helpful staff..that’s all you’ve got going for you right now. The hallways are dark, dated and sketchy, bedding needs to be retired, the floors are not clean. There are no convenience or toiletry items available for purchase, so bring what you need or you will have to go back out. If you’re thinking about booking here, I would urge you to remember that life is short..pay the extra money and stay someplace that isn’t creepy.

I had stayed at this property in the past under different management and had a much better experience at that time; I would have rated it higher then. Currently, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so improvements may be on the way. However, during my recent stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. There was dried paint on the bathroom floor, the furniture was mismatched, the flooring was peeling up and while one bed was in decent condition, the other was collapsing. I requested a new room at the front desk; they did offer an alternative, but unfortunately, it was no better. Additionally, the pool was out of service; something that was not mentioned at any point during the booking process. Had I known, I might have made a different choice. What was most disappointing, though, was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I voiced my concerns, the employee responded with a sigh and later snickered at me when I asked about other room options. I found that unprofessional and dismissive. While I understand renovations can temporarily affect the guest experience, respectful and courteous service should remain a constant. Unfortunately, the unprofessional service left a lasting negative impression.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.The service was terrible-there was no drinking water,the flush was broken and bathtub was completely blocked.They didn’t even provide drinking water,and the water coolers weren’t working.It was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay.I would never recommend this to anyone.

The hotel is dated and not in great shape compared to other Radison properties I've stayed at. The paint was peeling in the bathroom as well as the living area, we had to remove the toilet tank lid so the toilet would flush properly as the mechanism inside was bent not allowing this to happen. For the money tendered one would expect a room with more than one light, clean and modern. Would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.
