I spoke to expedia about cancelling our second night. I was told because I didn't have confirmation number it couldn't be done early in the afternoon of the first day. When I got back to the hotel, they told me to call expedia. I was told I was too late and the money had been released to the hotel. The staff was really helpful and helped me find the confirmation number and that it should be ok. Unfortunately, no money has reached my mastercard yet. The hotel needs alot of tlc upgrading

Upon entering our room, we were hit with a massive heat bomb as our room temp was set to 90 degrees (in the middle of a heat wave!!!) We found a completely untouched, filthy bathroom, no microwave which was listed as an amenity, only one lamp to give off a dim light in the room a hair dryer that fell off the wall when we went to use it and a room full of outlets that had no electricity hooked to them. We were moved to a room on main level of property on second day and were told these were the "nicer" rooms.

Check in was quick and easy. Front guest staff were polite but couldn't answer any questions about the area and didn't tell us anything about the onsite restaurant. The hotel appears to have many electrical issues. Hallway lights removed and badly capped. Myself (and other guests who were complaining in the lobby during my check in) had outlets in room that didn't work and couldn't be used. In room TV only works for 5 channels (one being fireplace). Shower faucet doesn't turn properly so water tempature cannot be controlled. Beds were comfortable but didn't have proper blankets (we had to use our own). Room smelt like smoke despite being a nonsmoking building. This location needs some TLC by owners.

We came to the hotel and several folks were drinking in the parking lot. We left to grad some items at a store and EHS and RCMP arrived to deal with guests who were drunk at 7pm. Power outlets didn’t work, no soap or towels in room etc.

I booked this room based on the photos online and some reviews seemed decent. I feel like I spent way too much money for what we got. The exterior looked run down, the interior looked like they slapped paint and new fixtures on and called it “newly renovated”. The bar closed at 9pm on a Saturday night. The room looked very outdated and offered only a few television stations, none were sports. The pool deck was dirty, and there were no towels available. Even for the rooms, no extra towels available. The sauna was out of order. Lastly, the bathroom in the room was very small and the shower had no water pressure. Honestly, I will never go back.

Not the standard I expected for a Raddisson associated hotel. No ventilation in the washroom, steel frame beds, poor condition of the floor and furniture, some outlets did not work, toilet ran water constantly. Room was humid despite running air conditioning non stop. I expected better.

This does not show as a Raddison property. I trust the brand but this is not the same at all. The bed was wrinkly looks like it was slept in prior no tub stopper - paint peels in the bathroom and the light in the bathroom didn’t work. Thankfully just staying the one night.

I was skeptical of this property after seeing the main photo on my email confirmation as it looked quite dilapidated. I wanted to assure other families that this place was indeed safe and clean. You can see there has been some significant improvements around the property and maybe not typical of a big chain hotel but nonetheless it was clean, comfortable and safe and had everything we needed. Bonus', the washer was free and the beds were super comfy!

The wi-fi was nonexistent, the rooms were tired and dirty, and our drains were clogged, necessitating a visit from the facilities team. To be clear, the staff were exceptional, and tried to help us at every turn. The facilities need attention.
