An interesting adventure to say the least..

Our room was given to someone else and the hotel was full. They didn’t check the full name on the reservation nor our ID. They found a room but kept on calling because of the situation. The heater didn’t work at all and the temperature reached-15°c at night. It’s been on high blast since we got here and we opened it. Still so cold it triggered an asthma attack… if you come during winter there’s high chance you won’t be able to park since people took 2 parking for their suv and trucks. For our last little trip before the baby that was sadly stressful and inconvenient. the staff was nice and it looks pretty.
