Our stay was great! The only down fall is we had a 15 year old in our group who couldn't enjoy the restaurants because access was through the casino.

We stayed there for an event at the Tacoma dome. It was clean. Only down side they didn’t have any restaurants that you couldn’t access without having to go through the casino. Kind of hard with kids.

We were not given clean wash clothes during our 4 night stay. We kept calling and they kept saying they were in the wash… FOR FOUR DAYS?!?! They kept giving us hand towels to use instead. Our shower had hair on the walls so that wasn’t wiped down and cleaned when we arrived. We stayed here due to the close distance to the Tacoma Dome, but I will never stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Loved the dimly lit motion sensored lighting during the evening hours. Not sure if our fridge was going bad, but it was quite loud throughout the night. Bed was firm, which I preferred.

Smokey like the 1970s

The facility was nice, the room was comfortable and service was good but.... The casino allows smoking and is attached to the hotel. All of the nice lobby space was unbearable. There was no way to relax untill we were way up in the tower. The smoke trailed in the elevators before disipating in the hotel hallways.

The place is spread out so much that was hard for my husband to walk back and forth. The food at puyalapbabs was good and waitress was fantastic. Room was nice and very quiet. Felt very safe there.
