Centrally located this is a perfect homebase to explore Tacoma and the greater Seattle area. One block from light rail, you can take the tram to downtown and Tacoma Dome. Very close to the freeway to explore Seattle, Puget Sound & Mount Rainier.

You will be staying in Unit A, which has been thoughtfully designed as a relaxing retreat for vacationers and traveling professionals.

Guests rave about our beds! Each bedroom has a queen size, medium density memory foam bed, Smart TV, blackout curtains, blinds & ceiling fans. The main bedroom includes air conditioning in the warm weather months. Please note, the second bedroom has a ceiling & floor fan, but not air conditioning.

The light filled, open concept living room includes a 58-inch Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you'll need including:

This is the triplex's main floor unit. It conveniently has shared access to two laundry rooms. The fully fenced backyard is accessible through the sun porch. Outdoor seating & a fire table are available for your enjoyment spring through fall months.

Ample Street parking is available and free on the evenings and weekends. We provide one (1), free daytime parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for $1/weekday. See getting around section for more details on transportation & parking.

Our triplex home is a beautiful historic property, over 120 years old, offering a unique and charming stay. We have taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building & update it modern amenities for your comfort. While most guests find their experience peaceful, you may occasionally hear sounds from fellow visitors due to the nature of the home. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy the character and comfort of this special space.

This triplex is located in the historic North Slope neighborhood of Tacoma, where Tacoma’s oldest homes have been lovingly preserved. Many are on the historic registry.

You will be in close walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Stadium and 6th Avenue districts. A little bit of a longer walk or short drive to the museums, shops, restaurants and waterfront of downtown Tacoma. Public transportation is just one block away.

This building is located one block from public transportation and close to the freeway. For traveling medical professionals, it is easy walking distance to Tacoma’s major downtown hospitals.

Ample street parking is available in our neighborhood. Evening and weekday parking is free. Parking more than two hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM -6 PM does require a permit. We provide 1 parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for a small fee. Just ask for details.

For guests staying 90 days or longer we will reimburse you for you for 1 longer term parking permit. We will provide you with a lease that you can submit to the city of Tacoma to qualify for the resident parking permit. It's an easy process & completed online. Please reach out with any questions.

We stay in that property from may 13th to the 24th, over all it was a good stay, allow me to start saying that the property manager (Erica) was great, fast responses to my text and always trying to accommodate our needs very promptly, the house has everything that you need and I meant everything, really 5 star on that. Good location, quiet neighborhood, some times can be busy as well as parking because a church close to it but church is not all the time, overall is quiet. My only complaint about it is the noise that you can hear from the second floor if you’re in the first floor like in my case so I recommend to rent the second floor or apartment B. Other than that is a great place, we enjoy, we love it and love the neighborhood. Thank you Erica for made our stay easier.

Historic house in prime location

Wonderful location! Beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of amenities were provied, keeping us comfortable with our week long stay. Host has excellent communication via email, making the check in process hassle free.Be aware there is a rental upstairs and downstairs of the unit, so at times our neighbors were a bit noisy. Overall, our stay was very accommodating and it was fun staying in a historic house in a prime location! Thank you!
