"What was good about the hotel is that the reception staff and the personnel are very attentive, but the hotel itself is very old, and the surroundings are poorly maintained with abandoned buildings and potholed roads. Overall, considering the location, it could be better."

A comida veio crua o frango grelhado, o cartão magnético não abrirá a porta, muita dificuldade avisei um rapaz da portaria um rapaz alto e ele simplesmente validou novamente em uma máquina, e disse que estaria funcionando ponto foi uma grande dificuldade para acessar a tarja magnética no elevador para subir e principalmente, para abrir a porta do quarto várias e várias vezes eu fiquei mais de 5 minutos tentando inserir ou encaixar a tarja magnética que já está totalmente gasta. Sugiro que vocês utilizem os valores que não são baratos para que vocês também existam na troca desses cartões com tarjas magnéticas que estão totalmente gastos coloca o quê você ficou quieta acho que ficou ruim eu fiquei no apartamento 217. Tirando isso, foi muito bom só tenho a agradecer.

The hotel was very nice with clean rooms. My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi. The staff was very friendly and as helpful as could be. I only spoke with one employee who spoke English and one who's English was very limited but the rest tried very hard to help me and would use Google Translate if needed. Even with the language barrier they made me feel very welcome. There is a very nice roof top pool but it is not heated. The hotel sits along a busy road but I could not hear the traffic noise from my room. I would stay here again.

Two weeks a very nice place

Loved the room and breakfast parking underneath the hotel was secure and room key operated toilet clogged easily but overall a great place

O lugar é bem arrumado, quarto limpo, café da manhã bom, local silencioso, mas o chuveiro é daqueles que sai água até pra cima, as toalhas não tinham um cheiro muito bom e a cama era extremamente macia, minha coluna não agradou muito.
