This home is a short-term rental only. Pets are prohibited, and the minimum renter age is 25. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM in accordance with Placer County regulations, and parking is limited to one space with no street parking allowed. In winter, chains or snow tires are often required when traveling in the area.
