All staff wonderful, cleaning staff, handyman and reception staff all very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful to have free laundry facilities with detergent provided. Wonderful location near the main station and multiple food outlets in the surrounding streets. Even a starbucks on the corner and McD around the corner Thoroughly recommend.

Had a great 5 night stay in an Elite Room. Although it was smaller than expected, it was spotless every day, and the staff went above and beyond! They wrote hand written notes with recommendations on where to go and were so helpful with every question I had. The location is great, only a block and a half from Taipei Main Station and the MRT. There was tons of food and shopping options around the hotel too.

It’s a simple but very clean hotel room. The front desk staffs are amazing and very helpful. The use of laundry is free and they even have free detergent for you to use. I like that the laundry machines and dryers are very clean too unlike the ones I stayed in Japan. The location is so close to the Z6 exits and to the Taipei main station overall. It’s also close to coffee shops like Starbucks and so many restaurants around just outside of the hotel. I had a great stay.
