The hotel room is kinda creepy when you get inside and the room is on the basement as well as the cr is kinda dirty. The aircon cannot control by the guests that’s why mostly of our stay the temperature from the aircon is really hot we even sweat while sleeping because it’s too hot. But the hotel stuff are approachable in any way.

Hotel rating needs downgrade.

This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Barely 2 star in my opinion. No control over the airco was very bad as it was very very cold. If you get a room with no window you'll suffer even more. Overall, trade carefully, a hostel would be a better choice. Bathroom was unsanitary. Staff is helpful though and upgrade was free after a complain but still not 3 stars.

For a solo traveller, the room was spacious and clean. Staffs was friendly and it was raining, i had borrowed umbrella from them during my stay there. Will return to stay again!

well its cheap in downtown so don't expect much! they could clean the room and the bathroom but they didn't at least I had clean towels! was humid and with mold around bathroom and walls on the room! I don't recommend it!

Unhappy stay

The water heater breakdown during my stay and there will not hot water during cold weather. When I reach back hotel at 6pm, no bath towel are ready in the room. This didn’t happen once but Everyday. Plus I was staying at the 5th floor where there is no lift. The air-condition in the room was not service or clean at all. Basically when the air con was on, black dirt keep blowing out from the air condition.

I love our stay. There was only a mishap on our reservation though. Instead of putting us in one room, we were separated in 2 rooms. Although the room was generally clean, I saw one cockroach. Overall, I was happy with the room. Hope they could place a bidet and dressing xabinet in the room also.

Meh.... room

Taking into the consideration of the price, I can't complain much but the air-condition is not cold enough and it's warm staying in the room. No sound proof and guess everyone can hear each other conversation in each room. The bed is super soft, toilet is a little dirty. Room is very small and it is in the alley. For lady staying alone, highly Nor recommended.

The price was right, but the room was questionable

Let's start off by saying the hotel stay were nice and that is a plus. Having said that, the room I stayed in was not acceptable overall. While the bed was comfortable, the room itself was in bad shape. There was mold all over the wall near the air conditioning unit. This was not pleasant in any way. The bathroom was almost as bad. Moisture is not being removed from the room adequately. There is no elevator and the building's condition is rustic to say the least. It is not somewhere I would frequent.

clean room for a economical price

not sound prof. children crying loud party animals, other people showering are all noise you have to deal with central AC unit no individual control. on a quiet small street. in an excellent young people district, so lots of fun things to eat and to fun things to do and see. very affordable district. price per night was very very reasonable. extra friendly staff . would consider staying again despite all the negatives.

The hotel room was nice, though the hotel can be a little difficult to find the first time since it the entrance is located on a side street between behind the hukou rd. Overall, I'd stay there again

good location hotel near ximending

hotel was easy to find. room was clean and staff were friendly. central airconditioner so temp was not able to be controlled but room was cool enough.value for money.

Great location, not so great hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect, however the condition of the hotel wasn't that good. I changed room after the first night as it was full of small insects. The second room was on a lower floor so you could hear everything from the busy street. The room also smelled like cigarettes all the time as people were smoking right in front of the air conditioning duct. Also wifi and the water kettle didn't work...

Cheap n comfortable stay

Overall experience was good except for the shower head and the toilet flooring. The toilet wooden flooring is kind of uncomfortable and the shower head seems faulty. Tried to do all that we can but no water flows out from the shower head. Instead water flows out from another long connecting pipe. Anyway, overall is still ok.
