Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Glad my husband picked it (we were able to do laundry) but it was such a nice surprise to see how modern and well kept the property is. On this visit we had a larger room vs our previous stay, which was great, only suggestion I have is to add a towel rack to the toilet room and a dish tray with soap as none were there and people want to wash hands with soap after using the toilet.

A gem hotel in a city

Hotel was great. Location is accessible to the train station. it would have been perfect for us only if the mattress will be on the firmer than what they are currently using. I find it too soft and not good for my lower back.

This is a great place to stay for first timers. Good location with excellent amenities. I highly recommend staying here. The bed is luxurious. The shower is nice and big. The tub is perfect size. The gym is good enough for short work out. Towel and bottle water available in gym. Bottled water always avaliable at front desk. The starbucks was okay but glad they had souvenirs to buy.

Clean and friendly, close to metro station

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and very welcoming. Very happy that I was able to check-in early after an overnight flight. The room was clean. The hotel is very close to a metro station, convenient for exploring. I would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this hotel!

We stayed for 4 nights and we really liked everything! The service, the staff and the location were incredible! The area was very nice and quiet, 7-11 and family mart was at the corner and next to the subway station( Shandao Temple station), and you can get the Metro Card from 7-11. Super convenient! One stop to Taipei Main station; 5 stops to 101 from opposite side! I will stay there again in the future!

More than excellent!

It was amazing! Room is new, clean and spacious. Could fit in one king size + baby cot with still spaces for luggages to be opened up. The view is breathtaking, the service was excellent, the facilities were convenient! We will come back for our next trip!

Most of the power sockets in the room are unable to plug into and can't be used. The blind is worn out compared to my previous stay in another room. This time the room is facing another building, quite disappointing. But convenient location.

Very nice property. My room is adequately size with a view of city and 101 in the distance background from the window. What I like is that the toilet and showers are separate. The is a Starbucks on site and hotel guest is given a 10% discount. The operating hours of 7.30 am to 9.30 am is reserved strictly for hotel guests. Location is good with the entrance of the metro station steps away and is also a 10 to 12 minute walk to Taipei main station.
