Room was clean. But the number of charging points are few. Toilet bowl is near to wall. Not much space. Breakfast was good. Staff quite helpful. Many shops nearby. 20mins walk from train station.

Great value for money, very convenient, great staff services. The room was cleaned, good room cleaning services. It was very nice and heart warming for the staff to provide wind oil for mum and extra hungers. It will be great if they have elevator to restaurant as it's at basement, inconvenience for elderly to climb up and down.

Great for a short stay, good price. I gave my room the nickname Dracula room, because the bed look like it's from a castle and the ceiling had a coffin design and the TV program included two free adult channels. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always got up from their chairs, when I dropped off my key. Good deal in a central location.

This is an older property but, reasonably well maintained. The rooms are very small by US standards most rooms do not have a desk and the thermostat is very difficult to read 12' off the floor on the nightstand, no instructions. The bathroom floor is very slippery and needs additional safety strips when you get out of the Tub. Overall I would give the property 3 1/2 stars out of 5 and would probably stay there again.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff.

Good location, the room is reasonable size with all that you would expect from a mid-range hotel. Their staff is very friendly and speak influence English. Free parking but the parking is not in the hotel, there’s a five minute walk from the hotel to be parking. Overall a good stay of you’re after comfortable place for you Taipei visit.
