Staff are best! Excellent location. Love the arty feel of the hotel. Two minor negatives: I stayed on level 11 (below the restaurant and bar), while sound proofing is good, you can hear frequent walking and chairs moving. If you are light sleepers, avoid that floor. Also, the bedhead uses considerable space of the bed so if you like me (medium height 178cm), you will find your toes to be at the edge of the bed. If you are taller, definitely remove the bedhead!

Great staff and extremely attentive service. Location is great. Would just highlight that the property is not big - the lobby area is small, and all the guests luggage is stored in the lobby: so it feels/looks a bit hectic at peak times. The room design feels centred on practicality for cleaning and low maintenance rather than guest comfort. Our room did have a balcony though with great views. The staff are amazing. A great base for a city getaway.

Beautiful property with extremely comfortable beds and amenities. The hotel staff are extraordinarily friendly. They have complimentary simple breakfast, tea/snack time, and happy hour beverages daily. They even dropped off a small cupcake and balloons on my birthday.
