Excellent staff. The room was nice with a normal city street view. Easy walk to restaurants, markets and bus&train transportation. The included breakfast is standard but good enough. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant one evening and would rate it 3.5/5.0

Very hospitable staff, speak English well. Hotel umbrella was needed on the rainy days, very much appreciated. Tv was not user friendly as was the bidet (no visual of the buttons, only Chinese).

The staff were so kind and infinitely helpful, the hotel is close to the MRT, and best of all is the free happy hour every day from 5:30-7:30.
