the overall experience was amazing. having a private bathroom is great! soundproofing isn't the best but earplugs are provided at the counter. one small suggestion: not sure when the light dims down but before that is way too bright.

Great condition; staff services need to improve

The hotel is designed based on an amazing concept - sharing. It is great that individual rooms are available with comfortable common sharing space. The hotel/room condition is good. One thing I would like to note though is about the transportation services. When a guest requests for a taxi in 15 mins, it means he/she needs to sort things out in the next 15 mins before they can leave. Front desk should have better communication with taxi drivers. My experience was the taxi arrived in 5 mins and I was asked (while packing) if I wanted the taxi driver to leave. It just wasn't very professional. Also, on my check-in day, three staff members asked to see my passport and only the last one conducted check-in procedure. Not a big deal, but I did wonder why I had to take out my passport 3 times after a long day of traveling.

Clean, comfortable, environment and customer aware

Excellent place to spend a night, but not a vacation destination. Very clean, comfortable (by Taiwan standards), simple but good breakfast, locally sourced, with free pineapple (cut it yourself in their kitchen). Hot day when we arrived, they turned the AC on in the top floor apartment before we arrived so it was comfortable (not common in Taiwan hotels under 4 star). Nice mung bean soup stand nearby, not far from the local market and various restaurants, but far enough to be quiet (except for the military jets flying over during the day). Nice looking atrium in the middle.

Probably the best ever hostel. It’s a shame that the train station is so far out of town and there is no such thing as an English map. Sorry to leave this hostel.

Great place for a short stay

A very enjoyable stay in a lodging that is eco-friendly, clean, comfortable and modern. Facilities are well-equipped and the breakfast provided is of good quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taitung in the near future.

Modern and Comfortable Lodging

A great place to stay on my visit to Taitung. The hotel is comfortable, hosts are warm and rooms are well-equipped. I particularly liked the modern outlook and design of the building. I would highly recommend solo and group travellers alike to stay at this lodging during their visit to Taitung.

Lovely place to stay, extremely clean. It’s somewhere in between a hotel and a minsu (guesthouse). Expect a futon bed (I prefer it so it was fine for me).

整體真的蠻漂亮的，但雙人的空間真的讓我蠻尷尬的，洗澡的地方只有窗簾隔著，空調聲音很大。 工作人員都很棒！服務也都很讚，停車位提早去都能申請到（有一小段路）希望能在多增加遮陽的會更好。 我會推薦朋友去體驗。

非常乾淨整潔的一間旅館，浴室僅有附洗髮乳及沐浴乳，唯一缺點是沒有免治馬桶。 附有停車位，每日加收 100 元台幣，離旅館約兩分鐘路程，如果沒有下雨的話十分方便。
